Resi 5 is most similar to Resi 4. It is more a action game than Resi 1-3. Nevertheless I liked it very much. Especially in Coop, it is a lot of fun! :)

RE5 is a good game. I like the way the game combines limited ammo with some hand to hand combat. The computer controlled female buddy is cool, and you can play co-op with the two characters which is again cool. The game does have some odd design choices. You can max out your weapons so much that it can take away the fun. I left all my guns at the defaults to make it more challenging. Its worth buying at a discounted price, as it has been out a while. Depends how much you are paying.

how long will it take to complete this game? Fed up of buying games and finishing them in 7hrs (COD MW2)

10 hours if in a hurry.You can make it last alot longer by playing above normal difficulty,doing co-op and finding hidden bonusses. I would rate game length as average, its not too short.

I liked RES5 very much. But there is one negative point to be mentioned.
In RES4 it was all dark and frightening the villagers at the beginning for example.
RES5 is more a shooter. It mostly plays in the african sun which is killing this \"bark feeling\" a bit.
But well the co-op mode is great and worth a buy.

cool, sounds like i might give it a go. have been looking for some great co-op games because me and my mate have been playing together on my PS3 (he has Xbox) and it has been slowly converting him, lol. so anymore games like this would be ideal

I also enjoyed the battle mode that\'s on psn. It really expanded on the replay value, worth the $5 in my opinion if ya get the chance to check it out

i downloaded and try battlemode on xbox360 too, for an actionshooter what it is since re4 the controlling could be better (as example : shooting on the run) but the game has a very nice coop mode.
