Customer Care Agent Social Games

As Customer Care Agent Social Games you make our players happy – by answering inbound emails and Facebook messages. You help them with any product or service related questions, solve problems and ensure that our players receive top class customer service. Additionally you will participate in community forums with presenting new features, discussing bugs and resolving issues there.

 

Required skills and experience 

• Ideally you have work experience in a customer service role or within community support.
• You speak excellent German and have good English skills.
• Knowledge of additional wooga languages (e.g. French, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, Portuguese) is a plus.
• You have a service-oriented attitude and a strong customer service focus.
• You are known for your very good communication skills.
• You have good IT and internet skills.
• Stress-resistance is your strength.
• You are able to solve problems, you have an eye for quality and you communicate clearly.
• A mild gaming addiction is a plus!
